With the introduction of the City of London’s new People Strategy, a new curriculum and the need to support our 220 staff through a significant period of change, this is an exciting time to be joining our friendly team.
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our HR Team – someone who enjoys building relationships, is passionate about delivering comprehensive HR advice and assistance, has a thorough understanding of employment law and an eye for detail.
You’ll bring:
• A proven track record in HR especially in compliance and employee relations
• A commitment to delivering an excellent HR service to managers and staff ensuring accuracy alongside empathy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently
• A good understanding of payroll administration and data reporting to inform manpower planning
• Previous experience in a School with an understanding of safer recruitment and the requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) would be beneficial but is not essential

Salary – £41,340-£46,370 pa.
Normal working hours are 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and the role is office-based.
