Freemen's students learn how to build a gene.

Freemen's Lower 6 biologists travelled to the City of London Boys’ school to attend a Biology conference. They were treated to a range of fascinating speakers, all experts in their fields. The talks included parasite biology, epigenetics and synthetic biology, in which students learnt how to build a gene.

It was an excellent day, further strengthening our links with the city school , as well as broadening and deepening our students’ interest in Biology.  Other recent events involving Freemen's and City Schools include the MUN Conference held at the Boys' School and the City Schools' Debating Competition.
