Teaching Staff

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and industry specialists. Freemen’s supports colleagues in gaining QTS through a Level 7 apprenticeship with the University of Buckingham.

Early Career Teachers receive full, structured support, and all staff benefit from a rich programme of Continuing Professional Learning (CPL), Inset days and twilight sessions.

Our Enquiring Schools Programme, coaching opportunities and peer observation encourage innovation and best practice across the school.
